I have to admit I was skeptical of your product at first. I seen the display at Surfercross and I thought there is no way that stuff works. A month later I jammed my toes and bruised my foot really bad; I could barely walk. Lucky my co-worker picked up a bottle at the Surfercross. I sprayed it all over my foot and was able to race with no pain. So I also put it on my arms and it took the pain out of arm pump too. Now I take it to the track every time I ride.
Our family has been using the PCS neck support system for almost 4 years. We are very happy with the product.

On May 15th I had a bad crash and got a head injury; I was in a coma for a week-and-a-half, and in hospital for two months. The EMT's who transported me by helicopter said that considering the way I feel they were afraid I had a neck injury. My neurosurgeon looked at my chest protector, with NSS attached and said that he's confident that the NSS was the only reason I'm still walking. My six-year-old son has been wearing an NSS from Day One, and lots of friends have purchased them on my recommendation. Thanks so much! Here's a link to a RacerX article about me and my crash. Wish I'd known about the potential neck injury back then; I would've given props to you guys:

"I purchased one of your NSS systems a couple of months ago for my son. While racing two weekends ago, he had the opportunity to see if this system worked. He went over the bars after losing control of the bike through a sandy washout, and landed on the side of his helmet. He came out of it rattled but just fine. He said after the crash he could actually feel the NSS system lock his helmet to his chest protector, and was sure that it helped him.
I thought I was going to have to fight him originally to use the brace. He says that he never knew he had it on until he needed it!

Hi Phil, I was recently in a car accident and got whiplash so bad it took me off the bike for over 3 months. I just got back on the bike last week just in time for the Lake Whitney and Mosier nationals. :) Anyways, I've been looking into getting a neck wrap to ride with to keep my head from > whipping back and forth so bad when I crash. I've looked at all the neck wrap models (661, evs, etc.) and I think yours looks most comfortable and will work well. Plus I have seen quite a few riders around here that wear them. What is the difference between the 1.5 and 1 inch performance wise? or is it just rider preference?

Hey Phil, I found your neck support system at the bto-sports online store, thought that is was a great idea (cause I allready had an accident with some neck problems following it) and ordered it. After I tested it in the first race, I'm racing the German Enduro Championchip, I felt so comfortable with it that I'll never ride again whitout it. So I told some of my friends that I was very satisfied whith your product.
Phil, I just had my first bad wreck today in a long time, and I wanted to share my gratitude for your product and share my story with you. I am an Emergency Physician by day, so I have much first hand knowledge of how devastating cervical spine injuries can be. When I found out about your product, I knew I would be crazy to continue riding without one. Today, I learned how right I was. After coming up short on a big double, I was launched over the bars and landed square on the top of my head. My helmet cracked in 3 places, and had a large dent in the crown, so I know it was hard. In fact, I suspect I may have a couple of compression fractures in my thoracic spine, but that is another story. My neck, however, came through with no pain whatsoever. It is not even sore after landing hard enough to crush my helmet – and I credit my PCS neck support for all of it. Thank you so much for your wonderful product – I think it may have saved me more than just aches today.
